When we talk on your project fit call, we’ll discuss a little bit about what you need and, if we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend we get started with a Stand Out Roadmap. This first step in the process will give you a clear action plan so you get just the design stuff you need, and none of the fluff you don’t.

Some THINGS I do want to point out...
This is an efficient and collaborative experience and—while you don’t have to be sitting on a video call the whole time—you do need to be available for realtime feedback and questions during our days together. This experience is best for those who are comfortable making quick decisions.
It’s also important to note—when you book your VIP Day Experience you’re booking my time (and my rockstar-design skills of course), not a specific set of deliverables and though I’m really good at estimating what we can get done, some projects may take a little more time to complete.
Because I’m highly-experienced (over 2 DECADES of designing stuff…hello!), I complete work quickly. I also dedicate your scheduled days solely to your project (no calls, phone notifications, or other distractions allowed). All my focus is guaranteed to be on YOU!

- 2 Strategy calls (45 min ea.)
- Dedicated 1-4 days for your project (7-8 hrs per day)
- Post-day revisions time (1hr per day booked)
- 30 Days of post-day email support (for questions/tech issues)
- Personal training video on website/sales page and final files for logos/branding

How does it WORK?

Get Your Roadmap
First, we’ll talk on a fit call to make sure we’re a good fit to work together.
Then I’ll recommend we get started with a Stand Out Roadmap. This first step in the process will give you a clear action plan so you get just the brand & design work you need, and none of the fluff that you don’t.
After you get your roadmap, you can then implement it on your own, or hire me to take care of it for you (I’ll include a recommendation on the number of VIP Days needed).
The cost of the Stand Out Roadmap is applied to your full project price if you move forward.

Book Your
Days & Prep
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll reserve your dates on my project calendar with a 50% deposit.
Note that you do need to be available virtually during your VIP Days for messaging and feedback.
After you’ve booked, you’ll receive your welcome email with details about the prep work needed and the link to your client portal, including copy planners to aid you with writing your own copy.
I also offer a video audit of your existing sales page or website to help you improve the effectiveness of your content (so many people have told me how helpful these are!)

Your VIP
Days Arrive
During your day(s), I’ll dig into your design work and we’ll communicate via a messaging app to collaborate as I work through the design and build.
This is not an in-person or video-call intensive but I do need to be able to reach you for feedback and questions during the day.
At the end of the days, your brand/website/sales page will be ready to go and I’ll send you any relevant files.

Post-Day
Support
After your VIP Days are complete and you’ve had a chance to review everything, I’ll do any requested revisions (1 hour per day booked) on your project.
I also provide a personal training video on how to edit your website/sales page, and provide you with final files for any logo/graphics created.
And of course you get 30-days of email support from me for any questions or tech issues related to the project.
Wondering what happens if your project needs extra work beyond your VIP Days? Simple—we can add-on additional half- or full-days as needed to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction and looks AMAZING!

You’ve got questions...
No, I do not write the copy for you—but, if you’re writing it yourself, I do provide copywriting planners to help guide you! If we are re-doing an existing sales page or website, I also provide a thorough content audit where I give my strategic advice on what’s missing, what’s confusing, and what can be improved.
This depends on the amount of content on the page, the complexity of the design and other factors, but in general—a short to medium length page takes 1 VIP day and a long-form sales page takes 1.5-2 VIP days. Contact me for an estimate for your specific sales page.
This depends on the number of pages on your site, the amount of content on those pages, the complexity of the design and other factors. In general, I can do 1-2 page website in 1 VIP day and a 5-7 page website in 2 VIP days. More pages will require additional days. Contact me to get an estimate for your specific website.
For websites and sales pages, I work in WordPress w/Elementor or Kajabi. I also work in FG Funnels/Go High Level, though not ideal for SEO.
For sales pages only, I can also work in Clickfunnels, Leadpages, or Ontraport.
I DO NOT work in Squarespace, Wix, ShowIt, Kartra, Divi, or other WordPress themes/builders.
Yes! I do this for many of my clients—for a brand design and small website it typically takes 2 VIP days and larger sites take additional days. Book a call to get a custom estimate for what you need done.
Yes, absolutely! This is a MUST nowadays with the large amount of people using their mobile phones to view websites.
I’m not an SEO expert so I can’t offer you SEO optimization services (this involves market and keyword research and ongoing maintenance). However, I do strive to build SEO-friendly websites that are ready to be optimized when you’re ready to hire out for that.
It happens sometimes—I give you my very best estimate on what I can get done during our VIP days together, but sometimes we run out of time for various reasons. If we don’t finish, you will have the option of adding on additional time to complete the project or I will empower you to finish it out yourself the best I can.
You can definitely do that! Your deposit is good for 90 days and can be transferred to a new date if needed. I ask you provide 14 days notice if you need to reschedule your day. If you provide less than 14 days notice, there is a rescheduling fee as it is harder to find a replacement for the open day when there’s a short turnaround.
Yes, absolutely. I firmly believe in giving my clients the power to edit their own content! I strive to do as little custom coding as possible so it’s easy for you to edit.
If you are unfamiliar with the platform we build your project on, I’m happy to provide you a mini training video after our work together to make sure you know what to do!
Yes, I’m happy to help my returning clients make design changes and revisions later down the road. Typically this looks like booking a full-day, half-day or tune-up session on my calendar to knock out a design task list.
